About Foundiz: sales, rental, and consultancy in foundation techniques

Foundation projects require the right combination of equipment, technique, and execution. Foundiz supports clients and contractors in realizing foundation solutions that match the project’s conditions.

Depending on the requirement, this could involve the purchase of a machine, the deployment of equipment from our rental fleet, or support in selecting the right foundation technique. In practice, these often go hand in hand. It is precisely this combination that allows us to think along with each project about the most efficient and feasible solution.

Sales of piling equipment

Technical consultancy

Support in the selection of machines and foundation techniques.

Practical knowledge of foundation techniques

Each project places different demands on execution. Soil conditions, foundation elements, the project location, and the available space on the construction site determine which technique is most suitable.

Based on our knowledge of foundation techniques and experience with various piling equipment, we support clients and contractors in selecting the right approach and the right equipment. From vibro hammers and drilling rigs to sheet pile pressing machines and grout installations: we look beyond the machine itself and advise which technique best fits the project’s conditions.

Innovation in foundation technique

In addition to supplying machines and advice, Foundiz also works on innovative solutions within foundation technology. For instance, we develop new applications and improve existing techniques to make foundation work more efficient and sustainable.

Examples of this include the development of the CPW wall and innovative applications with side-grip vibro hammers. We are also working on solutions that contribute to emission-free piling, such as sheet pile pressing machines with a zero-emission powerpack.

Collaboration with international manufacturers

To offer a wide range of machines, we collaborate with various international manufacturers of foundation equipment. This collaboration enables us to supply the right machines for a diverse range of foundation techniques.

Through the combination of technical knowledge, practical experience, and strong partners, we can support contractors with foundation projects of varying scale and complexity.

Patents

In addition to the sale and rental of piling equipment, Foundiz also develops new applications within foundation technology. Practical experience and technical knowledge give rise to solutions that make foundation work more efficient, more practical to execute, and more sustainable.

Patents have been obtained for several of these innovations. These patents protect technical applications developed by Foundiz.

Below you will find an overview of our patents.

Leader guided sidegrip

A key innovation from Foundiz is the leader-guided application of a sidegrip vibro. Multiple patents have been obtained for this technique, including the Dutch patent NL1043730, the European patent EP4182506, and the US patent US12270177B2.

In this application, a sidegrip vibro is deployed via a leader mast structure to install items such as steel tube piles, sheet piles, and H-beams. The technique can be used in combination with various types of sidegrip vibros, for example from Movax.

An important feature of this application is that the rotating function is integrated into the vibro hammer itself. This allows the foundation element to be positioned accurately and enables work to be carried out in confined spaces or at difficult angles.

CPW wall (Crete Pile Wall)

The CPW wall is a foundation technique developed by Foundiz for the vibration-free installation of concrete sheet pile walls in the ground. The technique was developed as an alternative to traditional steel sheet piles, where vibrations, transport, and construction site logistics are often a challenge.

With this method, hollow panels are pressed into the soil and filled with reinforcement and concrete. The panels temporarily act as formwork and are recovered after the concrete is poured. This results in a ground-formed concrete wall with a watertight connection between the panels.

Compared to steel sheet piles, this technique offers clear advantages, such as vibration-free and low-noise execution, more efficient construction site logistics, and a more sustainable solution because transport and material usage are reduced.
